Fees

Affordable Preschool

Starting in 2023, the NSW Government is making a landmark investment of $1.3 billion over 4 years to provide fee-relief for families with children in preschool. This will mean that all families will have access to 2 days of affordable preschool per week. Please contact staff to discuss current daily fees.

Payment of fees

Fees are due in full 21 days from date of invoice. Invoices will be emailed to your nominated email address in the first week of each term.

  • Instalments – We understand that a payment system may suits some families better. Please speak to the Director or Administration Staff to discuss arrangements. Please note that if instalments are being made weekly, the amounts need to be enough to cover the total invoice for that term.

  • If fees remain unpaid by the due date (or end of term for payment plans) we can’t guarantee your child’s position at preschool and may offer the position to the next child on the waiting list.

  • In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.

If you wish to withdraw your child from Preschool two weeks’ notice must be given or two weeks fees paid.

Fees apply when your child is absent from preschool for example on family holidays (not school holidays) and in the case of illness as the place is held for your child.

Fees still apply in the last week of the preschool year which usually consists of the Christmas Party and clean-up day (pupil free). Please note we do not charge for public holidays.

If you find yourself in financial difficulties during the year and you fall behind with your fees please speak to us as soon as possible.
